We offer a return policy on UNOPENED hair extensions within seven days of receiving your order. All returns must be in its original packaging and seals must remain intact.

Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. Concerning hygiene, federal law and health regulations, we must adhere to these strict polices in order to ensure compliance.

COLORED HAIR SUCH AS OMBRE, DYED OR BLEACH HAIR CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
